Halron Lubricants a trusted Lubricant distributor of over 95 years' experience with locations in Green Bay, WI Rapids, Madison and Milwaukee is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to work at our Green Bay location.  Our service area includes Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois.

As a member of our Customer Experience Team, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable and positive relationships with customers on behalf of the company. You will represent the company with every customer interaction and will need to exemplify the company's core value of excellent customer experience by exceeding the customer's expectations.  You will be the liaison between internal teams and customers with the goal of first call resolution. 

Here's what we offer:

Full-Time, Core Hours: 8:00 am -5:00pm - Monday through Friday, some overtime

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from all customer types.
  • Create customer sales orders when orders are placed via phone, email, or in person.
  • Completes drum returns daily
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and purchases. Suggest additional products and give them appropriate flyers or sales information.
  • Address anticipatory calls to select clients that provide an extra degree of value in terms of service and relationship building. Suggest additional products.
  • Completes month end open order clean up
  • Provide conflict resolutions for customer issues and updates by the end of the business day.
  • Complete RFQs by working with sales and purchasing and communicating back to the customer.
  • Gather full and accurate information from prospects and send information over to inside sales.
  • Generate work orders for all customers.
  • Prepares packing slips, following all safety regulations and internal requirements. Staples marketing materials to the packing slips as needed.
  • Provide order updates and follow-up with select customers.
  • Manages phone system and voicemail recordings, coordinate with IT for issue resolution
  • Provide support to Sales Reps as needed
  • Assists Marketing as needed. 
  • Responsible for completing walk-in prospective customer packets so they are always on hand.
  • Prepare 3rd Party Shipments as required.
  • Special projects as needed and other duties as assigned

  • Ability to work with other departments and coordinate rush orders.
