CDL DRIVER - No Weekends/Day Shift - 4-day workweek

Halron Lubricants a trusted Lubricant Distributor of over 95 years' experience with locations in Green Bay, WI Rapids, Madison and Milwaukee is seeking highly motivated drivers to join our teams.  Our service area includes Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois.

Our drivers are responsible for delivering products to our customers in a safe and timely manner, they are the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be critical to your success in this role.  You will be an integral part of our transportation and warehousing team, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

• Hourly pay based on experience and credentials 
• 4 day-workweek, some overtime, no weekends

Do you have the following requirements:

• Valid Class A or B license with a clean driving record
• 1 year driving experience
• H&N endorsements, or ability to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Delivering bulk oil and package products to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Skills:

As a CDL Driver, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers and ensure their satisfaction.  Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be critical to your success in this role.  You will also use your knowledge of transportation industry to navigate delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries.  Additionally, you will use your physical strength and ability to lift up to 50 pounds to load and unload products.  Finally, you will use your ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
