Experienced Forklift Operators – Put Your Skills to Work!
We’re looking for an experienced Receiving Material Handler / Picker to join a busy manufacturing operation in Kenosha. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in material handling, forklift operation, receiving, picking, inventory, and warehouse operations.
MUST HAVE STAND-UP FORKLIFT PICKING EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE LAST YEAR.
What You’ll Do
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Pick and pack materials and finished goods accurately
- Load and unload pallets, racks, shelves, trays, and vehicles
- Review job orders and determine material handling requirements
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Label, count, stage, and organize materials for production and shipment
- Build pallets/crates and secure materials for transportation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
What You Bring
- 5 years of material handling/forklift experience preferred
- Recent stand-up forklift picking experience — REQUIRED
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Experience with RF scanners is preferred
- Ability to read and understand work orders, shop drawings, and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail when picking non-standard parts
- Ability to work independently while following safety and quality procedures
