Position SummaryThe Repack Line Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily repack operations by monitoring associate performance, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and assisting with scheduling and workflow coordination. This role serves as a key liaison between Repack Associates and leadership, helping to ensure customer specifications, productivity goals, and quality standards are consistently met. Key ResponsibilitiesReview and audit repack projects to ensure job quality and compliance with customer and company specifications.Monitor individual associate performance and provide real-time feedback to maintain productivity and quality standards.Identify, report, and properly discard visual non-conformities, including broken, torn, leaking, or missing products per customer requirements.Assist with scheduling and assigning work to Repack Associates as needed.Provide coverage during breaks and address workflow stalls to maintain a steady production flow.Prepare, organize, and set up repack projects in accordance with customer guidelines, company procedures, and established timelines.Assist with daily log activity documentation and daily/weekly attendance tracking.Support leadership efforts by assisting in directing, training, overseeing, and motivating Repack Associates.Verify that all customer requirements are being met, including proper dress code, PPE usage, and adherence to project guidelines.Maintain warehouse sanitation standards and ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment, including proper disposal of waste and recyclable materials.Assist with resolving minor personnel issues and escalate more serious concerns to the Supervisor or Manager as needed.Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a warehouse setting, primarily handling glass bottles.Frequent noise from glass breakage may occur throughout the workday.Qualifications & SkillsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; English-only candidates will also be considered.Clear understanding of English, including reading and writing.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, Team Leads, and Supervisors.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Approachable leadership style with the ability to train, guide, and support associates.Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.Company DescriptionAs one of the top local staffing agencies in Southeastern Wisconsin and Northeastern Illinois, Halpin Staffing Services helps companies find great people and job seekers find great jobs.
