Essential Functions: Manages Seafood line and monitors raw material to cut shop to ensure correct usage. Ensures all raw material employees are properly scanning boxes and using proper PPE. Communicates with Production Manager on staffing needs. Works with peers to ensure production flow remains efficient. Enforces company policies. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge / Skills / Experience: 3 years of USDA production leadership experience. Proficient in yield management Basic computer knowledge.
