Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Caregiver, CNA/HHA, or a similar role.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a caregiver, CNA/HHA, or similar role, at least 1 of the 2 years must have been in a private home
- Ability to perform all activities of daily living including light housekeeping
- Have your own reliable vehicle to transport clients to doctor's appointments, run errands, and do general outings for enjoyment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and prepare nutritious meals
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Have compassion and empathy
- Knowledge of physical and coginitive activities that can be done in the home.
- Have a passion for helping people.
- Be able to clear a fingerprinted background check
Responsibilities
- Provide cognitive and physical activities based on the client's needs
- Assistance with activities of daily living as needed (varies based on client)
- Prepare and serve healthy meals
- Provide companionship
- Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring any changes in condition are communicated promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Provide compassionate care and assistance, focusing on client's physical and emotional well-being
- Incorporate physical and cognitive activities into the client's day
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families
- Follow individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of care and support for all clients
- Drive client to appointments
