Your Primary Goal
Introduce ContractorHalo to contractors you already know, explain the value, and schedule product demos (which are conducted by our internal team).
You'll be representing a high-value, easy-to-present technology and build a consistent monthly revenue stream through customer signups.

What You'll Do
- Promote the ContractorHalo platform to HVAC contractors and dealers.
- Identify qualified prospects and schedule demos with the ContractorHalo team.
- Leverage existing contractor and distributor relationships to expand your reach.
- Communicate the value of ContractorHalo as a growth and service management tool.
- Provide regional feedback to help shape market strategy.
- Proven track record as a manufacturer rep or independent sales agent in HVAC, plumbing, or home services.
- Existing network of HVAC contractors, dealers, and/or distributors.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and professional communication style.
- Experience representing SaaS or service platforms a plus (not required).
- New Deal worth $5K-$15K
- 2-3 new accounts per month on track for $250,000 annually
- Commission-only - paid monthly based on Contractor customer signups
- Uncapped earnings potential with growth-based recurring commissions.
