In this role, you'll lead a team of 10 Patient Navigators across multiple sites in the Southern CA area, working closely with clinical partners to deliver high-quality patient experiences and operational excellence. This position is essential to scaling our impact — you'll optimize workflows, mentor talent, and ensure seamless site execution while championing our mission of early detection and individualized care.What You'll DoLead & Manage TeamsDirectly manage a team of 10 non-exempt Patient Navigators across multiple Southern CA -area sitesMonitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular evaluationsOversee attendance, approve time sheets, and manage time-off coordinationInitiate disciplinary action and ensure team accountability as neededChampion Patient ExperienceAct as a strong advocate for patients and your team, ensuring consistent, compassionate careSupport Patient Navigators who guide patients through imaging and genetic testing journeysServe as the operational link between frontline teams and leadershipDrive Operational ExcellenceRefine and maintain site workflows to support efficient patient flow and service deliveryPartner closely with partner Site Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operationsIdentify and resolve operational issues through data-driven decision-making and KPI analysisDevelop & Train TalentTrain new hires and support ongoing team development in collaboration with the National Training TeamLead onboarding efforts for new team members and ensure readiness for new site launchesPromote a culture of continuous learning and improvementCollaborate Across TeamsServe as a key liaison between account management, training, and leadership teamsContribute to company-wide projects including new imaging center rollouts and staff transitionsWhat We're Looking For5 years of healthcare operations or management experienceProven experience leading hourly/non-exempt teams in a healthcare settingStrong working knowledge of HIPAA regulationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to travel locally at least 50% of the timeProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelA flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to pivot as neededWhy Join HALO Dx?Competitive Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 annuallyEquity Options: Be part of a fast-growing, tech-forward healthcare companyComprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and moreMake an Impact: Help transform lives through precision diagnostics and early detectionCareer Growth: Opportunity to scale with a nationwide healthcare innovator
