Overview
The Telecom Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of telecom-related contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This role focuses on contract drafting and cross-functional coordination. The Telecom Contracts Manager works closely with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external partners to support seamless contract operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of telecom-related contracts, including creation, review coordination, execution tracking, and renewal management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records, databases, and documentation repositories.
- Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, templates, and approval requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, engineering, project management, operations) to gather required contractual information and support timely processing.
- Track contract milestones, obligations, expirations, and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Assist in preparing contract summaries, status reports, and documentation for internal teams and leadership.
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and provide guidance on contract processes.
- Assist with contract-related data entry, reporting, and system updates within project management database.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve contract management systems and procedures.
- Remote position – works virtually with distributed teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in contract management, contract administration, or a related operational role (telecom experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in telecom, technology, or infrastructure industries.
