Job Description:
Local Delivery Driver – Full-Time
Halo Logistics is a fast-growing logistics company dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality delivery services. We are seeking full-time W-2 delivery drivers in the Farmington, NM area who are dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented.
Position Highlights

• Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with on call rotation
• Weekly Pay
• Local Routes Only – Home Daily
• W-2 Employee Status
• Company Van Provided – No personal vehicle required

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload light cargo, ensuring items are properly secured
• Drive assigned local routes while following all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service and address delivery-related questions professionally
• Accurately complete delivery logs and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to safely and efficiently load/unload cargo
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation is a plus
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI, reckless driving, or cell phone violations in the past 3 years)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test (including marijuana)
• Tuberculosis test required
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• May be required to work some holidays and weekends

Wage Range: 18.00 - 20.00 per hour
