We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Cashier/Sales Associate to join our vape and hemp shop. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and help customers find the products that best fit their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Recommend products and answer customer questions
- Upsell products when appropriate
- Stock shelves and keep the store clean and organized
- Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock
- Follow all company policies and age-verification requirements
- Provide a positive shopping experience for every customer
Qualifications:
- Customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Knowledge of vape, hemp, or smoke shop products is a plus
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-TimePay: Based on experience
