Key ResponsibilitiesCall Handling & Customer Support
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience during every interaction
Issue Resolution
- Identify customer issues and resolve them efficiently
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
Documentation & System Updates
- Record call details and update customer information in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Ensure all data is properly documented and up to date
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members and other departments
- Maintain clear and professional internal communication
- Contribute to improving customer service processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred (not required)
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities

- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, data entry, email)
