What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Partner position at Halo Adult Day Center?
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Partner to support and engage with our senior participants. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and creating a positive, safe, and stimulating environment.
The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with older adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate supervision and support to participants
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility, toileting, and hygiene (as needed)
- Lead and participate in social, recreational, and cognitive activities
- Encourage engagement and build meaningful relationships with participants
- Monitor participant well-being and report any concerns to leadership
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Assist with meal/snack service and light housekeeping duties
- Support a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere
Pay: $16.75 - $18.75 per hour
