In this role, you will partner with executives and senior leaders across Halma ensuring the talent process is coordinated, understood by stakeholders, and executed seamlessly. This includes being accountable for core areas of work, such as candidate assessments and background checks, and facilitating/supporting overall processes and projects.

- Recruitment Support:
- If needed, assist with posting job openings and managing candidate flow. May coordinate with external search partners regarding candidates, scheduling, and follow-up communication as needed.
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews (end-to-end logistics), in partnership with others, informing stakeholders of the interview/logistics schedule, ensuring on-the-ground point of contact for candidates and interviewers. Schedule interview debriefs, in advance, ensuring all interviewers are available to participate.
- Manage the assessment process of candidates, ensuring completion prior to interviews, providing the candidate packs in advance.
- May support the hiring process by preparing draft employment agreements and draft onboarding materials.
- Onboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including scheduling first 30 days of meetings, creating draft onboarding plans, and partnering with key stakeholders to prepare for the new joiner’s arrival.
- Ensure a new joiner has IT equipment and internal online access prior to joining, enabling the person to be productive on day one.
- Talent Development:
- Coordinate and track the development of talent and high potentials.
- Schedule debriefs with key stakeholders post attendance at development programs, ensuring a transfer of knowledge and insights on talent.
- May assist in special projects regarding talent, high potentials, and the development of talent.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of talent information and contracts.
- Accountable for talent analytics and identifying any insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Coordinate events and meetings.
- Schedule travel and manage expense reimbursements.
- Manage all calendar requests, scheduling of meetings, booking of rooms, coordination with others, etc.
- Provide overall coordination of all talent related activities, which may include the creation and publishing of a schedule with key dates, project plans and project plan management, and ongoing revising/updating of plans.
- Proficient at maintaining online files, ability to find information quickly, and extremely organized and detailed-oriented.
- Execution-oriented…ability to deliver on a significant number of tasks quickly and with quality.
- Communication:
- Ability to communicate verbally and written in a professional, clear, simple, and precise manner to executives, candidates, colleagues, and peers.
- Make the complex simple in communication style, and is pro-active in communication.
- Able, and willing, to ask questions for clarification, communicate what’s working well, what’s not working well, and provide solutions.
- Systems Management:
- Utilize Workday for managing processes, ensuring accuracy of data, and partner with the People Platform team to continuously improve and optimize the platform.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Extremely proficient in organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Workday, or other similar systems, and Microsoft suite of applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and/or development.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
