Caregiver's Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide essential support to our aides who help our elderly population. As an "Aide Assist", you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by helping them in their day to day needs.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, but NOT bathing, dressing, grooming, or showering.
• Monitor changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Ensure adherence to resident rights while providing help to the aides,
• Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
• A compassionate demeanor with a true desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
