We are a small family owned business that operates out of Winchester, KY!
## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. The Crew Member will assist in various construction tasks and projects, contributing to the successful completion of assignments.
The ideal candidate would have experience in:
1. LVP Flooring Installation
2. Painting (Rolling & Cutting In)
3. Basic Carpentry Skills
4. Basic Maintenance
Bonus Skills would be:
1. Tile Laying
2. Siding, Roofing, Gutter Installation
3. Decking
4. Concrete
You must be willing to learn new skills. We are a fast paced growing company and require all crew members to be on board.
We operate M-F 8am-5pm-ish. (Sometimes we go over 5pm depending on work load)
Saturdays are occasional depending on work load.
You must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to surrounding counties to job sites.
This is a 1099 position with weekly pay. Pay rate is based on experience.
This is a full time, year round position.
Requirements
- Experience or willingness to learn construction and remodeling site operations
- Ability to perform tasks related to construction and remodeling
- Ability to lift over 50lbs with help and 25lbs by yourself
- Ability to travel to surrounding counties to job sites
