The Opportunity
Halloran & Sage is seeking an accomplished Family Law attorney to join our Middletown office as a Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for an established practitioner who is ready to grow their practice within the platform and resources of a leading Connecticut firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a caseload of complex family law matters, including high-asset divorce, custody disputes, business valuations, and post-judgment proceedings
- Supervise and mentor associate attorneys and staff
- Develop and expand the Family Law practice group in the Greater Middletown region
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and the broader legal community
- Contribute to firm leadership, business development initiatives, and strategic planning
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Connecticut bar admission required
- 10 or more years of family law experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of excellent client outcomes
- Portable book of business strongly preferred; candidates with an established client base are especially encouraged to apply
- Strong reputation in the Connecticut legal community
- Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
