Halloran Insurance is seeking a dedicated Commercial Insurance Assistant to support the growth of our commercial lines business. This position works directly with our producers to assist with policy renewal and new quoting, servicing, and day-to-day commercial insurance operations.

Responsibilities
-Assist producers with commercial insurance quotes and renewals
-Prepare applications and gather client information
-Process policy changes, endorsements, certifications of insurance, and related services
-Maintain accurate client records within our agencies management systems

Qualifications
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency with computers
-Ability to learn insurance carriers and agency software
-Positive and enthusiastic work attitude
-Ability to commute to our Phoenix office
-Available 9am-5pm
Prior commercial insurance knowledge is NOT required, but heavily preferred.
