If you’re ready to take on this rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you!Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional rehab care in occupational therapy based on physician referrals, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.Participate in community health initiatives and projects that promote wellness and education.Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.Oversee and evaluate the care provided by Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), Rehab Aides, and students.Utilize therapy software accurately to enhance patient care.Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT).Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.Knowledge: Familiarity with practices, procedures, and regulations governing post-acute care facilities.Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.Professionalism: Display integrity by adhering to Life Care’s Code of Conduct and completing mandatory compliance training.Working ConditionsIn this role, you will work in a supportive environment that values your contributions and encourages professional growth.
