Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of cooking and baking including associated organizational recipes and production processes
- Train, mentor and develop staff members so that they can progress in their career
- Manage inventory within our production and planning tool
- Maintains technical skills and industry knowledge
- Participates in the creative process of menu and program development
- Supports and promotes safety of our team
- Works as an effective member of the management team in leading on site growth and development
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 3 years of kitchen management experience
- High school Diploma or GED
- Culinary Program experience is valued
- Servsafe Certificate
- Background Check
