What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nursing Assistant position at Hallmark Homecare Inc?
We are growing in SWFL and need CNA's and HHA's in Fort Myers and Naples. We are seeking dynamic and compassionate CNA/ Home Health Aides to provide essential assistance to patients in their homes. The ideal candidates will have a passion for caring for clients, have a minimum of 2 years' experience, able to read write and speak English, able to pass a background check, provide 3 professional references and be dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals in need of care.
Duties
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Skills
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Experience in home health or caregiving is a plus
- Proficient in patient observation and reporting
- Knowledge of medical systems and procedures
- Comfortable working with people with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and well-being

Qualifications
