Role Description
Hallmark Homecare - Scottsdale AZ is seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow our presence in the East Valley. This is a remote role based in Scottsdale or Mesa AZ, with regular local travel required to meet referral partners and attend community events.
As our first Business Development hire, this role will be instrumental in the growth of Hallmark Homecare. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we build partnerships, represent our brand in the community, and expand our reach. For the right person, this role offers significant opportunities to grow within the company as we scale.
You will represent Hallmark Homecare by building strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Your focus will be on generating new client opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and expanding our local market presence.
This is a 1099 contractor role, giving you the flexibility to set your own schedule and work independently while being rewarded for performance. Success comes from being proactive, visible in the community, and driven to achieve results.
Compensation
This is a 1099 contractor role. Compensation is commission-based with a guaranteed minimum of $60,000 annually. In other words, if commissions fall below $60,000, you will still receive the guaranteed minimum — but high performers regularly exceed that amount, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000 . Earnings are uncapped, so your income grows directly with your results.
