Your Role:

• Lead and support the nursing team to provide exceptional patient care
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with facility leadership in strategic planning and care initiatives
• Develop and oversee quality assurance and risk management programs
• Mentor and train nursing staff to maintain high performance standards
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor patient care and employee performance
• Support a culture of dignity, compassion, and professional excellence
• Assist in onboarding new staff and implementing policy updates
  
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Previous experience in nursing leadership in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and protocols
• A team-oriented leader with excellent communication and motivational skills
• Passionate about providing quality, person-centered care
