- Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of quality activities based on resident care plans
- Assist with preparing activity calendars, communication materials, and resident activity documentation
- Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities and events
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with the Activity Director and interdisciplinary care team
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
- Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required
- One year of related experience preferred, especially in long-term care
- Creative, motivated, and organized team player
- Passionate about working with seniors and encouraging resident participation
- Dependable and professional with reliable attendance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about providing compassionate, resident-centered care
