What You'll Do
- General building maintenance and repairs
- Drywall repair, patching, and painting
- Basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs
- Carpentry and general remodeling projects
- Repair doors, fixtures, hardware, and equipment
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance and facility projects
- Communicate project status and completed work with facility leadership
- 2 years of maintenance, construction, remodeling, or related experience preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, drywall, electrical, carpentry, and building repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly throughout Central Illinois
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- 1099 independent contractor
- Work available across multiple Crest Healthcare Group facilities
- Regular travel required
- Projects and hours may vary based on facility needs
