Overview: We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with deep IBM FileNet 5.x expertise to support development, configuration, and operational aspects of our enterprise content management platform. This role blends hands-on FileNet administration with modern SRE practices deployment oversight, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cloud integration. Key Responsibilities: Provide IBM FileNet 5.x expertise across development, configuration, and operational support Execute project deployments, FileNet upgrades, and ongoing production support Perform IBM FileNet administration, including changes and configuration management Execute content mass updates using FileNet APIs Identify and remediate IBM FileNet vulnerabilities Perform FileNet Sweep operations to migrate content Manage integration with storage devices and storage grid technologies Oversee and execute deployments, troubleshooting, and support activities across environments Configure and maintain monitoring/alerting tools including Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana Support integration with cloud platforms, cloud storage, and related tools/technologies Utilize command line interface (CLI) tools for administration and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet 5.x (development, configuration, operations) Experience executing FileNet upgrades and providing production support Proficiency with FileNet APIs for content mass updates Experience with FileNet vulnerability remediation Experience with FileNet Sweep for content migration Experience integrating FileNet with storage devices/storage grid solutions Working knowledge of monitoring/alerting tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana Experience with cloud integration (storage, tech stack tools) Strong CLI proficiency Solid troubleshooting and production support background in an SRE or similar operational role Nice to Have: Experience in regulated or high-availability enterprise environments Scripting/automation experience Familiarity with ITIL or incident management frameworks
