Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 7 years of Project Management experience in Product Development, Sustaining Engineering, or Manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience managing product lifecycle projects, engineering changes, product releases, and cross-functional global teams.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical product development, manufacturing processes, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in regulated industries (Medical Device preferred).
- PMP Certification and/or MBA is a plus.
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple product lifecycle and sustaining engineering projects from initiation through implementation.
- Drive cross-functional teams across global locations including the US, India, China, and Singapore.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, quality, cost, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support product modifications, component obsolescence, manufacturing transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
