We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of transportation and logistics solutions. The role involves end‑to‑end functional ownership of OTM modules, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and integration with enterprise SCM platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience with OTM Cloud or On‑Prem, strong logistics domain knowledge, and proven success driving transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Design and configure Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules including:
• Order Management
• Shipment Planning & Execution
• Rate Management & Carrier Contracts
• Fleet Management
• Freight Settlement & Billing
• Logistics Network Modeling
• Design and execute end‑to‑end transportation planning and execution workflows.
• Configure and maintain:
• Automation Agents
• Rate Structures
• Operational Rules
• Workflows
• Shipment and Order Base configurations
• Support end‑to‑end OTM lifecycle including configuration, unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, and post go‑live support.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance on best practices for logistics optimization and transportation cost reduction.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration rationales, test scripts, and user guides.

• Collaborate with middleware and integration teams to support OTM integrations using:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Oracle SOA
• REST / SOAP APIs
• EDI / FTP file‑based integrations
• Develop and validate:
• SQL queries
• BI Publisher reports
• Operational and analytics dashboards
• Troubleshoot and resolve:
• OTM configuration issues
• Performance bottlenecks
• Data quality and transactional errors
• Support data migration activities, including:
• Data mapping
• Data cleansing
• Data loading and validation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Order Management, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance.

• 10 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) (Cloud or On‑Prem).
• Strong understanding of:
• Transportation planning
• Carrier management
• Freight rating, settlement, and billing
• Proven expertise in:
• OTM configurations
• Automation Agents
• Rate Management
• Shipments & Order Bases
• OTM workflows
• Experience with integration frameworks:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• EDI
• FTP / File‑based integrations
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules:
• Order Management
• WMS
• Procurement
• OTM Certification (Cloud or On‑Prem) preferred.
• Exposure to:
