Experience Required: 2 to 10 Years
Language Requirement: Spanish or Portuguese – Mandatory

✅ 2–10 years of successful sales experience – candidates can come from ANY sales background
✅ Proven track record of closing sales and achieving revenue targets
✅ Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up abilities
✅ Comfortable discussing pricing, contracts, deposits, and timelines
✅ Basic understanding of math and measurements
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software
✅ Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
✅ Professional, energetic, personable, and customer-focused
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Meet with homeowners and understand their remodeling goals, style preferences, budget, and timeline
🔹 Gather project details including measurements, photos, blueprints, and inspiration ideas
🔹 Prepare initial kitchen designs and estimates
🔹 Guide customers through cabinet, countertop, finish, hardware, and accessory selections
🔹 Present designs, proposals, and pricing professionally
🔹 Handle objections confidently and close sales
🔹 Develop kitchen designs using 2020 Design Software (training will be provided)
🔹 Secure signed agreements and required deposits
🔹 Coordinate with manufacturers, warehouse, installation teams, and internal staff
🔹 Manage projects from initial consultation through installation and follow-up
🔹 Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals and repeat business
