Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Principal AI Architect with strong experience in Full Stack AI/ML development and architecture. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python or Java.
The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, AI frameworks, and telecom domain experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/ML models to solve complex business problems
- Develop scalable applications using Python or Java
- Work on supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models
- Build and optimize neural networks and AI algorithms
- Use frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering
- Improve performance and scalability of existing AI models
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
Required Skills:
- 14 years of IT experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an AI Architect
- Strong experience in AI/ML implementation
- Expertise in Neural Networks and Deep Learning
- Strong coding skills in Python or Java
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Must have Telecom domain experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Big Data technologies
- API and Microservices development experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
