- Power Distribution Electronics Technician I: $25.46 - $45.83/hourly
- Power Distribution Electronics Technician II: $29.48 - $53.06/hourly
- Electro-Mechanical Technician: $32.25 - $58.04 /hourly
- Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employees relocating to Fort Lupton, CO area.
- An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time. Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.
- Schedule:
- Shop: 10 days on/4 days off, occasional travel may be required.
- Field: 14 days on/7 days off (rotates day and night shifts), out of town & state travel is required as needed.
Job Duties:
- Under general supervision, performs preventive/predictive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairing a variety of electronic and/or electrical equipment relative to their assigned location.
- Performs function testing to verify equipment readiness after maintenance.
- Must be proficient in understanding/interpreting electronic and/or electrical schematics/drawings/prints.
- Performs work within a variety of Halliburton specific software and hardware.
- Assist with rig up/rig down of electric frac equipment including making electrical connections (which includes heavy lifting of electrical cables), provides "ready-to-operate" job status to job site supervisor and suspends site operation if safe operation cannot be assured.
- Ensures adherence, accurate input, and maintenance of data into Halliburton's system of record.
- This role is responsible for repairs and/or replacement of three phase power distribution components up to 15,000 volts (medium voltage electricity), PLC hardware, and cabling.
- Performs own work and assists others as directed.
- Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations.
- Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered. Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in an electrical field or oilfield operations are required.
- A Technical Certification is preferred.
- Compenent level troubleshooting, schematics, electrical theory skills preferred.
- Must possess advanced computer literacy.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
- Previous experience is preferred.
