Job Duties
- Under direct supervision, this is an entry level position which assists in a variety of tasks in support of Property Management activities.
- Performs maintenance and repair tasks as directed on all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Assist in completing and maintaining plant maintenance documentation, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
- Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures.
- Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization.
- Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Skills are typically acquired through Possession of a Helpers or apprenticeship if required by local jurisdiction license and 2 years of experience
