As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial HVAC systems while building lasting relationships with customers.
You'll Work On Equipment Including
- Air conditioning systems
- Air handling units
- Fan coil units
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Pumps
- Cooling towers
- Makeup Air Units (MAUs)
- Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs)
- Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs)
- HVAC control systems
- Commercial refrigeration equipment
- Exhaust systems
- And much more
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Identify potential problems before they become costly failures
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians
- 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience (Required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA/CFC Certification (Universal preferred)
- Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology for service documentation
- Technical school or associate degree is a plus but not required
