Position Summary
We’re searching for a high energy individual with a real passion for outstanding customer service and excellent communicative skills to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an entry level, part-time desk-based position and encourages a team first attitude by taking responsibility of additional work as necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers in a professional manner on the phone
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Handle the scheduling of service appointments
- Provide assistance with other departments as needed
- Ability to multi-task
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable in answering and making phone calls
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
