Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from hourly positions to flat-rate opportunities earning up to $42.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
- Use diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify concerns
- Complete multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly with service advisors
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through quality workmanship and teamwork
Qualifications
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
- Automotive dealership experience preferred; experience requirements vary by position
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new technologies and repair procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required
