We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping staff member to help maintain cleanliness, order, and a safe environment within our facility. This is a part-time, overnight role, ideal for someone who is dependable and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, and surfaces as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs or low inventory.
- Follow proper safety procedures, including handling cleaning chemicals according to guidelines.
- Report any facility issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for events or special projects, as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and standards for hygiene, safety, and confidentiality.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina; able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and professionalism.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
