What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at Hallack Contracting, Inc.?
The right candidate must possess strong organizational skills and be a team player with a can-do attitude.
· Must be able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
· Proficiency in math skills and data entry as well as Microsoft Word and Excel required
· Knowledge of Sage software desired but not required
· Ability to remain calm under pressure
· Attention to detail is a must!
· Payroll and accounts receivable/billing skills desireable
Associates degree in accounting preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must
Knowledge of electronic timekeeping systems a plus
This position is the front desk of Hallack Contracting, Inc. Customer service, answer phones, develop and maintain filing systems, handle customer inquiries, dispatch trucks, run scales, track employees/jobs and job costs, general office support. Other miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
