Landscape / Grass Cutting Crew Member
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Possible Saturdays due to weather)
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. This position requires someone who can lead a crew, work efficiently, and take pride in quality work.
Requirements:
- 1 year landscaping experience required (references required)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers
- Proficient with weed whacking/string trimming
- Experience trimming hedges and shrubs
- Comfortable driving truck with trailer
- Experience operating or willingness to learn mulch blower equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Leadership experience preferred
Job Duties:
- Perform grass cutting, trimming, edging, and hedge maintenance
- Load/unload equipment and maintain clean job sites
- Safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Possible Saturdays depending on weather and workload
Pay:
- Competitive pay based on experience

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
