Halls Heating and Air is hiring a skilled technician to keep homes and businesses comfortable and compliant. If you thrive on solving mechanical puzzles and enjoy face-to-face customer interactions, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Install complete systems: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Diagnose faults quickly and perform quality repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance and thorough inspections
- Follow all local, state, and federal codes and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
- Document work with accurate service records
- Handle emergency service calls when required
- Support commercial refrigeration service and repair as needed
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (or closely related role)
- Your own set of tools
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work solo and as part of a team
- Capability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied conditions
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems
- Knowledge of electrical systems and controls
