- Paid training to get you up and running
- Uncapped commission bonuses
- Most reps hit $80K–$100K in year one
- Top performers earn $150K-200k
- Leads are provided, and successful reps consistently supplement with self-generated opportunities - that’s the key to success here. It starts with “when is the last time you had your water tested?”
- Run :7 appointments per week
- Close :60% of them
- Sell/rent :6 systems per week
- :$70K from sales commissions
- :$30K from rentals

- Meeting homeowners in their homes (appointments are provided)
- Testing water and explaining what’s going on in a way people understand
- Recommending the right solution for their needs
- Closing deals and building your income
