We're Hiring: Litigation Paralegal | Orange County, CA
Hall Griffin LLP is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team.
This position is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, enjoys taking ownership of their cases, and wants to work alongside experienced trial attorneys handling complex and interesting matters.
- Managing litigation files from inception through trial
- Drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Coordinating depositions, mediations, inspections, and expert discovery
- Assisting with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial logistics
- Maintaining case calendars and litigation deadlines
- Working directly with attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors
- Significant experience in personal injury defense, premises liability defense, and/or general liability litigation
- Strong knowledge of California state court procedures and deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities independently
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
- Paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited program
- Construction defect litigation experience is a significant plus
- Trial preparation and trial support experience
- Familiarity with document management and case management software
