Associate Attorney – Litigation Associate (0–10 Years)

What You’ll Do
- Manage your own caseload with partner support
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings and motions
- Work directly with clients to strategize and move cases forward
What We’re Looking For
- 0–10 years of civil litigation experience (general liability defense and/or construction defect experience a plus, but not required)
- Solid deposition, motion, and courtroom experience
- A strong writer and communicator who thinks strategically
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
