We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our expanding Workers’ Compensation practice. This is a busy position that will support several attorneys. The ability to manage a heavy caseload is a must. Qualifications for this position include an ABA Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor or Associates degree, preferred, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years' of Workers’ Compensation experience, preferably with a defense firm.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' workers' compensation experience, preferably with a defense firm;
- Knowledge of Colorado Workers’ Compensation regulations and laws;
- Proficient in DOWC and OAC rules and procedures;
- Obtain, review and analyze medical, financial, tax, and employment records, or any other relevant documents and records;
- Prepare medical record summaries;
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence;
- Highly experienced in docketing and maintaining calendaring systems;
- Experienced in maintaining hard and soft filing systems;
- Well-developed writing and research skills;
- Experience in billing time;
- Ability to stay focused on numerous details while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
- Anticipating attorney’s needs, identifying problems, and finding solutions;
- Ability to work with limited supervision;
- Bachelor or Associate degree, preferred, and;
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when necessary.

Salary : $55,000 - $93,400
