What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at HALL ENTERPRISES?
We are a contracting company seeking an administrative assistant to assist in daily operations. The ideal candidate is a reliable, diligent and a go getter, great with working with not to much direction and well-rounded set of skills. Knowledge of the construction/contracting industry is a plus, however anyone with great organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to learn will excel in this position. Training would be provided.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting estimator in writing up bids and estimates
Reviewing contracts and bid documents using various bid websites
Material procurement for ongoing and future projects, maintain rapport with vendors
Scheduling meeting and estimates
Answer incoming phone calls and responding to client concerns.
Maintain file organization
Requirements: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) exceptional organization skills and attention to detail, communication skills (verbal, phone written), Customer Service skills, Ability to manage schedules. Some level of undergraduate degree preferred.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
