Plant Operator/Manager

Seasonal Plant Operator / Manager – Arkansas & Missouri

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an individual to manage and operate our seasonal production facilities located in Springdale, Arkansas and Danville, Missouri.

Only one facility operates at a time, with the successful candidate serving as the primary operator and manager for the active location during the production season (typically April through October).

This is a hands-on role requiring the individual to perform daily production activities while also overseeing plant operations, maintenance, safety, quality control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the active plant location.
• Perform production, loading, unloading, and equipment operation duties.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Monitor inventory, production schedules, and product quality.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and company leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Travel and relocate between Springdale, AR and Danville, MO as operational needs require.

Ideal Candidate

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with asphalt, sealcoat, construction materials, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.
• Comfortable performing both management and hands-on labor responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
