The Denver, Colorado office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Medical Malpractice Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their litigation practice while working alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience and be an active member in good standing of the Colorado Bar. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to all phases of case strategy and development, gain meaningful courtroom and litigation experience, and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or complex civil litigation
  • Active member in good standing of the Colorado Bar
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Compensation

Salary starts at $135,000, with higher compensation commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
