Job Description
Hall Automotive is a division of MileOne Autogroup, one of the largest, privately-owned auto groups in the United States, and we are looking for a talented Automotive Title Clerk, familiar with Wholesale processing and inventory management, who is looking for an organization that they can grow with. The ideal candidate will be able to jump in and assist in other dealership-typical responsibilities such as month-end reconciliations. Pay range may be expanded for the right candidate with a strong skill set.

The Automotive Title clerk processes documentation for retail and wholesale deals related to proper vehicle titling and registration. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying costs for the accounting department and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

This includes, but is not limited to, verifying costs for the accounting department and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Essential Duties for Automotive Wholesale Title Clerk:
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions
- Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts
- Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, etc.
- Detailed processing of vehicle titling
- Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
Qualifications for Automotive Wholesale Title Clerk:
- Two related experience and/or training
- Automotive Dealership experience preferred
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills
