We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team! - Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities using proper cleaning techniques and products
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to uphold health standards
- Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of all spaces
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or hotel experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning products
- Ability to perform floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Experience with laundry operations and handling linens efficiently
- Familiarity with housekeeping management procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
