Halgatteok US is a brand-new restaurant opening soon in Federal Way! We’re part of a popular fast casual chain from South Korea, known for serving delicious Korean rice cakes and a simple, satisfying menu. Our goal is to bring the best of Korean street food to the local community—quick, friendly, and full of flavor.
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Server/Cashier to join our opening team. If you enjoy working with people, know your way around a POS system, and love fast-paced teamwork, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile
- Use the POS system to process payments quickly and accurately
- Keep the front area clean, organized, and stocked
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and coworkers
- Handle refunds and customer concerns with care
What You’ll Need
- Experience using a POS or cash register
- Great customer service and people skills
- Ability to stay calm and friendly during busy times
- Basic math skills to handle payments
