We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal care and customer service, with a strong knowledge of veterinary practices.
Responsibilities - Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist with check-in procedures - Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients - Process payments and handle billing inquiries - Maintain accurate records of patient information in the database - Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the veterinary team.

- Parttime position 36hrs/wk 10AM-7PM M-Th & 8AM-NOON Fri.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.25 per hour
